Far West & Karnali in November
Stable weather everywhere. The hills are cold at night but very clear, so it is a fine month for Rara, Khaptad and Dullu. In the plains the grass begins to be cut and wildlife viewing improves week by week. Winter waterfowl arrive on Rara and Ghodaghodi Tal. A good month to combine one hill area with Bardia. Fog has not yet settled on the Terai, so plains mornings are clear and crisp.
